  1. Conditions and time for return and exchange

(1) Return and exchange period:

packages within 15 days after the delivery date are allowed to be returned and exchanged, and returns and exchanges are not allowed after 15 days from the delivery date

1) You can return unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with original labels and original packaging.

1) You can replace items damaged by the first washing

2) You can replace the damaged items due to the first use

(3) What information do I need to provide to apply for a return?

You need to provide the following information to make a return or exchange:

1) Order number

2) To return undamaged and unwashed products, you need to provide photos of all aspects of the product, and there is no trace of damage

3) For returned items that have not been opened, a photo of the unopened package is required

4) When returning damaged items, you need to provide photos of the damaged items

  1. The process of return and exchange

Step 1: Log in to your vianahos account, select the product to be returned, and click Return. Or directly contact our customer service email service@vianahos.com, after receiving the application, we will process the return and exchange application within 48 hours, and reply to the processing result.

Step 2: After you receive the response to the processing result, you need to do the following:

(1) Provide time for mailing back

(2) Provide the tracking number returned by mail

Step 3: If it is a replacement, we will re-deliver the goods within 7 days and update the tracking number

  1. Freight for return and exchange

(1) Return freight:

The return freight is borne by the customer. The freight needs to be paid by the customer on-site when the item is mailed. If the customer uses the cash on delivery method, the freight will be deducted at the time of the refund.

(2) Shipping fee for replacement:

Shipping fee for replacement is borne by our website. If you need the customer to mail the item back for exchange, the customer needs to take the postal method of cash on delivery. After receiving the item, we will pay the freight. And reissue new products for free

A: Applicable circumstances for full refund:

1) Customers can get a full refund when they bear the return shipping costs

2) Customers who receive damaged goods due to our or logistics errors can get a full refund

B: Application of partial refund:

1) The customer uses the post method of cash on delivery

2) Missing accessories (if not re-sent, compensation will be given)

We will process the refund within 5 days after receiving your package. The refund will be returned to the original payment account.

If when we send an email to tell you that the refund has been returned to you, but you still have not received the refund after 3 days, you can contact us
